Where do you ship?
Honey Belle ships to all 50 states and internationally. For more information on international orders outside of the U.S. please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Standard shipping in the U.S. is free when you spend $50 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.
When will my order ship and how long does it take?
Once you place your order, we process (which takes 1-2 days) and then we ship. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
My tracking hasn’t updated, did my order not go through?
The carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will do our best to track it for you.
At Honey Belle, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! The awesome thing about natural products is that they work in tune with your body, rather than against it. We strongly suggest you check out our reviews before purchasing, and after purchasing use the product at least 3-5 times before creating a strong opinion about it.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day timeframe, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Kits/Sets, Tools, Accessories, Gift Cards, and international purchases outside of the U.S. are final sale.
I purchased a product at a Honey Belle retailer, can I return it online?
We do not accept any returns of products purchased from a Honey Belle retailer. For any returns/exchanges of these items, please contact the retailer directly. Their individual return/exchange policy applies.
