You being satisfied is our number 1 priority 🏆 If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for products purchased through our online store. To begin a return, please review the below policies and steps.

Please note: We are unable to refund original shipping charges. All gift kits, clearance, and sale items are final sale. Purchases made through Honey Belle retailers do not qualify for a refund or exchange. Honey Belle does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen.
*We reserve the right to refuse returns that show heavy signs of use. "Gently used" is defined as 1-2 uses. We cannot issue refunds until we receive, inspect, and verify the returned item(s).

Returns - Step 2
Once your return request is approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to ship the item back to our warehouse.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be received, verified, and processed. Once we process your return:
✔️ Receive your refund back onto your original form of payment within 3-10 business days depending on the banking institution.
Please note: A fee of $8.00 for shipping, processing, and restocking will be deducted from the total return price.

If packages are refused due to additional fees and returned to our facility, your account will be credited subtracting the cost of the return shipping if we are charged additionally.
How quickly will I get my order?
📦 Our warehouse takes 1-3 days to process, pull, and pack your order. Standard shipping is 3-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
Please note: Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19. There may be delays during high-volume, holiday times, or inclement weather. Delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances in your area or our shipping locations are not under the responsibility of Honey Belle. Unfortunately, Express Shipping options cannot be refunded under these circumstances.
Need to make changes to my order
👉 If you need to make changes to your order (items, qty's, or shipping/billing addresses), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP with your order # and requested changes, so we can update your order right away. Because we print and pack orders M-F, we cannot guarantee that your requested changes will reflect on your order, but we will try our best!
Please note: All orders that are submitted via our online store are made under 100% sole responsibility of the purchaser. Additional shipping charges due to an error in data entry made by the purchaser is assumed by the purchaser.
If the package was sent to the wrong address because of purchaser's error, our warehouse would need to receive the original package back and collect an additional shipping fee before a new package is shipped to the correct address. Please double check your shipping address before hitting submit!
Damages, incorrect items, missing packages
〰️ Damaged items: We're sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged! Please send an email to email@example.com (include your order # and photo of the damaged item). Please communicate this within 14 days of purchase date. We will honor damaged items only if the products arrived to the receiver damaged, versus damaged after arriving.
〰️ Incorrect items: We're sorry to hear that you received an incorrect item in your order. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (include your order # and photo of the incorrect item). Please communicate this within 14 days of purchase date.
〰️ Missing packages: If your order has been marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it, please wait 2 business days before reaching out or filing a claim. We also recommend checking with your building management, concierge, mailroom, or neighbors to see if they received your package.
Please note: Honey Belle is not responsible for orders or packages that are lost or stolen. After the package leaves Honey Belle's warehouse facility, it is no longer held responsible for the package.

What's the difference between natural and organic?
🌱 Natural: an ingredient is 'natural' when it is is derived and sourced from nature.
🌿 Organic: an ingredient is 'organic' when it excludes the use of pesticides, herbicides, hormones, or antibiotics during the farming process of the crops.
What certifications does Honey Belle have?
🐰 Cruelty-Free - Honey Belle is PETA-certified.
🌿 Organic - Although the finished Honey Belle products are not certified organic through USDA, most of our formulas feature certified organic ingredients. We conduct extensive research on all ingredients that are chosen to ensure that they meet our efficacy, safety, and sustainability standards.
🤝 Fair Trade - Although Honey Belle is not Fair Trade-certified, we partner with suppliers who align with our beliefs and values. Fair Trade includes setting high standards in safe labor practices, providing fair wages to workers, and giving back to developing communities.
💪 Woman-Owned - Honey Belle has yet to receive a WBE (Women Business Enterprise) Certification, in which a woman (or women) has a majority ownership and control of a business entity.

Why do I experience product variations?
Honey Belle skincare products are made using natural ingredients and do not include synthetic preservatives or stabilizers. Variations and changes in color, scent, and texture may occur and are perfectly normal. As long as your Honey Belle product is stored properly in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight, and you are ensuring that the lid or dropper is secure, your product has a shelf-life of 12-months from opening.
Are your products pregnancy-safe?
🛢️ Essentials Oils that are added to our skincare formulas are diluted in carrier ingredients so they are at safe concentrations, but more research needs to be conducted on the use of essential oils during pregnancy. Essential Oils "could potentially cause uterine contractions or adversely affect your baby in early developmental stages," explains Jill Edwards, N.D., an Oregon-based doctor of naturopathic medicine who specializes in prenatal care. "In the second and third trimesters, some essential oils are safe to use, as your baby is more developed. Only use essential oils externally because ingesting them may cause miscarriage, lead to preterm labor, or negatively affect your fetus. You should always dilute essential oils with olive oil or coconut oil before applying to the skin."
As always, we recommend that you check with your physician to be sure that a product is safe for you to use.
