Thank you for joining me on today’s Full Moon Breathwork Meditation honoring ✨ Mental Health Awareness Month. Today, we had a mental health check-in and I asked the following 10 questions:
1. How are you feeling today, really? (No “fines” allowed)
2. What emotions have you been experiencing the most lately?
3. What’s been on your mind recently?
4. Have you been feeling overwhelmed or stressed? If so, what do you think is contributing to that sense of overwhelm or stress?
5. Are you finding time for activities that bring you joy and relaxation? What are they?
6. How have you been sleeping? Are you getting enough rest?
7. Do you feel supported by those around you?
8. Have you been able to talk to anyone about how you're feeling?
9. Are there any self-care practices you’ve found helpful recently?
10. How do you generally handle tough times, and is there something you’d like to do differently?

Next, we did a breathwork meditation exercise together called Box Breathing. It has 4 parts: inhale, hold, exhale, hold — with 4 seconds in each part. After 10 reps of that exercise, we allowed ourselves to resume our natural breathing in stillness, and started again for another 10 reps.
