This year really flew by! 

We had so many big changes in our lives this year. We spent most of the year pregnant, then we welcomed our baby girl Lotus Bloom into the world. Not only were we adjusting to life as new parents, but we also moved out of our east coast warehouse and back into managing our own shipping and order fulfillment.

If you've made any online orders from our site since summer, you may have noticed that we shifted our fulfillment from a third party shipping center to shipping all our orders ourselves in-house! We've had some issues and challenges we were dealing with -- quality and standards as well as the financial overheads -- and decided to make this big change after a 4 year partnership with a company out in the east coast.

As a family-owned business who’s going on almost 10 years in business, we have appreciated our entire community that has supported and loved our products year after year.

Thank you for being so accommodating and understanding through all the ups and downs of our lives and business - we are continuing to work diligently in bringing only the best self-care products and daily rituals to you.
